Mindful eating: No one diet is right for all!
The six-week course presents a holistic approach to food and eating. We will cover greens, water, whole grains & carbohydrates, breakfast, seasonal eating, root vegetables, caffeine, understanding cravings, food energetic, snacks, The Ayurvedic Constitutions and Corresponding needs, food combining and journal entries.
Think thin: how successful dieters think
This workshop teaches you how to avoid cheating; how to resist tempting food, even if it’s on the table right in front of you; and how to cope with hunger, cravings, stress, and strong negative emotions without turning to food for comfort. You’ll also learn how to motivate yourself to exercise, even if you’re not naturally inclined to do so. You’ll discover how to do all the things you need to do to diet successfully—by changing the way you think.
Nutrition for weight loss and detox
This workshop will give you hints, tips and ideas about the best and most effective way to lose weight. You will also learn about the benefits of simple detox for weight loss. There will be lots of hints on eating well and advice on how to put it all into practice. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and find answers to the problems you may have struggled with for years!

Take an aisle-by-aisle virtual tour though the market and learn how the layout of a grocery store can affect eating choices. Solve the dilemma of when organic is worth the extra cost and when it's not. Learn to decode food labels and make the healthiest, freshest choices possible. This informative workshop is a must for healthy eating.
