Private yoga session:
A personalized yoga lesson which is the most effective form of yoga, and the quickest way to reach someone's goals. This class carefully led towards the direction for someone's particular needs that work towards goals that suite body, mind and soul.
 
Available group classes:
Beginner: Work the basics and set a solid foundation for yourself. A great place to safely start your yoga practice and energetically put it all together. Slow corrective movements and meditative techniques are infused with basic breathing exercises. Ideal for individuals with preexisting and physically limiting conditions.
 
All level: Hold on to your yoga mat, your personal relationship with energy may never be the same. Specifically designed for those who want to "work it" and "purify it", Kat's total integrated strength training class is saturated with ancient yogic wisdom and modern movement science. Vinyasa (flowing yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises) will help you correct movement impairments and connect to a higher awareness that exists inside yourself. Learn how to feel your absolute best, by working at your own pace in this friendly, supportive and progressive environment. A short guided meditation and deep relaxation is a part of every class. Modifications included.
 
Cardio & Core Yoga-Looking for a sweat-including cardio workout? You'll move and groove working all the major muscle groups. This class emphasizes poses that work the core.
 
Slow flow-This is a practice with focused breath and long holds.This class is appropriate for beginners as well as for seasoned yogis
 
Yoga for runners: Rejuvenate your tired muscles after a run with a 20 minute practice. Available for running clubs and individuals.
