This nourishing workshop starts with a rejuvenating yoga posture (Asana) practice which will help you to tune in and connect back to your body. These asanas will open the body to allow for a better posture and through that a more expansive breath.
Next, we'll move on to focus on Pranayama. Deeper and more rhythmical breath (pranayama) next to many other benefits will lead to: improved autonomic functions, lower/stabilised blood pressure, decreased feelings of stress and increased energy levels. This ancient breathing technique helps you find fuller breath, a sense of calm and inner space.
